Death Spa meets Weight Watchers
In about 5 weeks, I’ve lost 10 pounds and gained tons of energy thanks to Weight Watchers. Instead of going to meetings (because I’m way too lazy for that), I used THIS site to figure out how many points I can have per day. And to count my points, I use THIS calculator. If you’re one of those people, like me, who gain a pound from just smelling french fries, the Weight Watchers Points Plus system is fantastic. And to get you started on your health kick, I suggest trying some of these tasty, low point treats and watching Death Spa. While still unreleased on DVD (trust me, I brought it up monthly at production meetings while working for the company that owns it), you might be able to get your hands on an original VHS. And it’ll be so worth it. Just check out the trailer below.
I can’t make it through the morning without coffee, but besides being $6 a pop, a Frappuccino from Starbucks is 11 points! So I’ve been buying the 100 calorie store-bought Frappuccino’s (at $5 for 4 servings) and blending them at home. Saves cash & points!
Mocha Frappuccino- 3 Points +

No Bake Breakfast Snack- 2 Points + per serving

Tofurky Sandwich- 3 Points +

Tofurky deli slices
2 slices Healthy Life 35 calorie bread
1 tbsp Miracle Whip
1 tbsp ketchup
Sriracha hot sauce to taste

Spread condiments on bread. Add deli slices and ready to serve.
I’ve recently become obsessed with drinking Kombucha. It’s only 1 WW point and it has about a zillion health benefits. If you can find it at a health food store near you, I highly recommend it!
Veggie Burrito Bowl- 10 Points +
I’ve already confessed my fear of rice, so this burrito bowl is rice-free. But if you want to add rice to this dish, just add 3 more points to your meal.

Ingredients:
black beans
lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
Avocado
fresh corn
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
jalapenos, sliced
low fat Sour Cream
All natural salsa
1 lime
salt
Directions:
Add cilantro, 1/2 onion, 1 tomato and lime juice to corn and set aside. Add jalapenos to black beans and cook over low heat. Mix avocado with the remainder of the onion and 1 tomato. Add salt to taste. Layer each veggie in a bowl and top with a dollop of sour cream and guacamole.
Pumpkin Pie Apple Snack- 2 Points + per serving

1/2 can pure pumpkin
1 cup vanilla fat free Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
